If a customer purchasing Standard Financial First Edition and decide not to purchase "NetSuite SuiteProjects Cloud Service" license, then would it take away the following features:

  1. Project
  2. Project Management

In other words to just have above 2 features, do the customer have to purchase "NetSuite SuiteProjects Cloud Service"?
