Bill all customer 's Sales orders on a specific day of the week

I have different customers that require to collect all their SO's throughout the week and bill them all at once on Tuesday for instance. Others on Friday and so on. Given I invoice every day all customers who don't have a designated day for invoicing, is there a way to keep a given customer's SO uninvoiced until the designated day of the week reaches, then they get billed?
