Switch off Outsourced Manufacturing

Hi experts,

Client has tested outsourced work orders, they are at status BUILT, but do not show up in the list to CLOSE WORK ORDERS. The system errors that Outsourced Manufacturing cannot be disabled while there are outsourced work orders in the system. What status must outsourced WOs have to allow switching Outsourced Manufacturing back off? And which page do I use to close outsourced WOs, as they do not appear in the list CLOSE WORK ORDERS.
