Is it possible to pre-populate or customize the Deletion Memo field?

When someone deletes a Sales Order (as an example) through the UI, it comes with a little window in which to select the Reason and also provides a Memo field.


Is there a way to pre-fill this Memo field via a Workflow with some values from that Sales Order?

It's not a form that can be customized, so.. is there another way to do customize that?
