Naming invoice documents for uploading into the file cabinet
I am still trying to find the best method in saving invoice documents that are uploaded into the file cabinet that they can be found easily but do not show up when searching a vendor name. The invoice number isn't always an option as not all invoices received have one and I am trying to avoid renaming files after they are uploaded into the system.
