Why am I receiving an error on NetSuite Connector despite setting up everything defined?

NetSuite is reporting that it can't write to the Handling Cost field. Please check the following:

1. The Charge Handling Separate From Shipping checkbox is checked in NetSuite under Setup > Accounting > Shipping.

2. The shipping method (aka shipping item) in NetSuite you are using with this order has an Account and Flat Rate set under the Handling Rate Subtab

3. The Hanlding Rate field is set to show on your order form.
