How to resolve Unexpected error when accessing NetSuite Account Center?

I have an Administrator, NetSuite Support Centre, and NetSuite Support Centre (Basic) roles in my Employee record.

When I try to access our NetSuite Account Center, it throws me an unexpected error. I am using Development account. Also tried using one of our Production accounts with the same roles and the same error is observed.

What could possibly cause this and how can we resolve?
