Why is Purchase Charge rule not creating charges?
We are using the purchase charge rules to create charges from our AP Bills and POs. We use the default criteria plus the following condition to restrict only to certain types of POs:
(Type is not Purchase Order OR custom field on PO body = JE2)
The rule has an order number of 1
When I copy all the conditions into a Saved Search, I do get two POs as part of the list which have Item line items that are Service items with a subtype of For Resale that are assigned to active projects and have a fully paid status. However, when I generate charges, no charges are generated.
