How to set up a Workflow that sets a field when the Picking Ticket is printed?

I want a workflow to populate a field with the current date when the picking ticket is printed. I can see this date in the system notes field = Printed Picking Ticket and New Value = T. How do I write this condition into a workflow so that I can set a custom field of "released date" to today?
