What sets the Status on Effective Date to 'Completed', is when does it move from 'In Progress'?

Hi everyone,

Am looking to get some confirmation of what sets the Status on an Effective Date Status to 'Completed', is when does it move from 'In Progress' to 'Completed'. My EDP End date has passed but the Status is still shoing 'In Progress'

Or am I missing something?
