Why is Location not displayed in "TO LOCATION" of Return Item Receipt transaction?

Location is not displayed in "TO LOCATION" of Return Item Receipt transaction


Some locations are not displayed in the "TO LOCATION" field of a Return Authorisation Item Receipt transaction.

 All locations are displayed for Item Receipt transactions, but only for Return Authorisation Item Receipt transactions, some locations are not displayed.

Is this a bug? Please let me know if there is a solution.
