How to specify the expense accounts that landed costs can be applied to?

Hi,

Could someone tell me how to specify the expense accounts that landed costs can be applied to? I setup two accounts several years ago, but I don't remember how I did it and can't find anything in the Setup options. I want to add some additional accounts.
