How to set Fully Billed Purchase Order Status to Closed Status?

I have a PO with an associated Bill which is Paid in Full.

It has one Line item with Closed = Yes.

Its status is Fully Billed but I would expect it to be Closed.

How can I get that updated to be closed so we can more easily know it's Closed?
