Is there Custom Fields - Report/Search that shows access levels available in NetSuite?

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has been able to create a report or search that lists all custom fields and their access levels. Those being "Default Access Level", "Default Level for Search/Reporting" and the Role access.

Would like this to use as a tool to review permission security of fields without having to go into each field individually.
