Why Item Creation (Serial Item with Fraction UOM conversion) Failed using SuiteScript?

Hello Friends,

I have UOM defined below where the conversion has a decimal digit.


When I try to create Items using a script, it is only working for Lot Items & doesn't work for the serial items. Is there any known issues?

I am getting the below error messages.

On serialized items, you may not choose a units type that has fractional conversion rates. Please choose a different units type before saving.
