What should NetSuite do if a defective product is discovered at the time of sale?
I have created a PuchaseOrder and all payments have been completed up to Bill Payment.
PurchaseOrder→Receipt→Bill→Bill Payment
When it comes time to create a SalesOrder and sell the product to the customer, if a defective product is discovered in the previously purchased product, it will be impossible to sell the product.
What should NetSuite do in such a case?
Should we search for past purchase orders and create an Authorize Return?
