How to trigger workflows from Sales Orders created from SuiteCommerce?
Hi,
We are implementing NS with SuiteCommerce, and we also run our own trucking via static weekly routes. Though the solution is lacking in power, I'm hoping that we can make use of the Static Route Management SuiteApp to help us with route planning, at least to get started.
So far, Static Route Mgmt is auto-assigning routes for SOs created manually in the backend.
However, when I submit a SO through our SuiteCommerce site, a route is not autoassigned even when I have selected the same Ship To address that I used in the backend SO creation example. For these SC-generated SOs, I have to manually edit the SO and then click around a couple times on Ship To addresses to get the Route to populate.
