Cannot get a refresh_token automatically/programmatically after the 7 day expiry

Is it possible to automatically / programmatically we can refresh the expired refresh token ?

I found some Reddit threads in which some folks are talking about that NetSuite help support confirms that the administrative user has to renew it and then the key needs to be used in the API. And programmatically not possible

kindly help
