how to merge quotes under the same customer?

In NetSuite we can Merge customers, cases, is it possible to merge multiple quotes under the same customer into one?

Currently our users copy and paste each item line in other quotes into the master quote. It's easy to make errors and very time consuming.

We can use importing tool, but also time consuming. Users need to export and import each quote. It seems not practical.

If there is a "Merge" button in Quote, and then it can bring users to choose "Master Quote", the similar process as merge customers and cases. it would be great.

How to achieve that?
