How to create a formula to show Back Ordered QTY in an Item Sublist?

Hello Community!

Need help please.......on the item record, for related records, i have a customized view (we're trying to include qty committed & qty on BO for our team)

Results set as follows:


I was all excited thinking it worked but why is the formula only working for the first 2 lines? The highlighted yellow lines should have a quantity in the committed and Qty on BO fields.

HELP!
