Why are we receiving Script Error: SSS_INVALID_SRCH_OPERATOR on Japan Localization?

On reviewing this months Script Errors there are a number (89) of errors on CUSTOMDEPLOY_JAPAN_LOC_VENDORBILL_CS

stating SSS_INVALID_SRCH_OPERATOR and a lot of detail below.

They are on 5 users, who are all AP except James Smith:

• 2023
• 2091
• 2177
• 2243
• 4001

Please investigate and advise?

How can these errors be resolved?

The script is locked and cannot be edited.
