How to resolve Invalid search query error when using IS_NOT operator?

Hi,

I'm using SuiteTalk REST Web Services. When I want to filter "task" records of which timed event field is not false using IS_NOT operator (mentioned in NetSuite doc), the service returned 400 Bad Request Error with message "Invalid search query".

The same issue occurs when I'm trying to filter with other boolean fields on "task" or other records. This error also appears when using END_WITH operator on string-based fields.
