Is there a way to customize or automate the online case form?
I see there is an enhancment issue for this. 133177 . For my situation, I need to hide it or more ideally, populate it with something like the First Name, Last Name. The work around posted in SuiteAnswers 26976 does not seem to make sense to me unless there is a way to provide a default value for the Title field. Anyone know how to do automatically populate the Title of Online Case Form with a value, or set a default value so it is not blank, whether a static value or something else? Thanks.
