What is the Minimum role requirements to run depreciation?

Can someone assist with the minimum role requirements to run depreciation?

I've been running it myself as the administrator, but now would like to delegate it to a staff accountant. However, when he tries to run it, he just gets a blank white screen, so we are thinking that his role does not have adequate permissions.
