How to associate a credit memo with an invoice via CSV import


I would like to know how to associate a credit memo with an invoice via CSV import.


I have verified that if I create a Credit memo from Invoice in the UI, when I select "Apply", the Invoice will be displayed. This is because the Invoice is associated in "Created From".


However, when a credit memo is created via CSV import, the Invoice is not displayed when "Apply" is selected. I think this is because Invoice is not associated with "Created From".


Is there any way to associate the Invoice with the Credit memo created by CSV import?
