Why is Item Receipt showing as unassigned in Work Breakdown Structure?

Hello,

We seem to have a new issue, costs placed through PO match correctly in the WBS until the item in receipted. When receipted the transaction type changed to 'Item Receipt' and shows as 'unassigned'. How to we get these transactions to match against the appropriate tasks?
