Is there possibility to add Field Names in SS Between Records?

Hey all you Suite People. I have a request from a customer for a CSV we will be sending to them for invoice uploads. They are looking to duplicate the SS headers in between each record. (as shown below). Does anyone have any idea's on how to accomplish this IF its possible? Note below, the yellow row is one INV, the green rows are a second one.
