Any suggestions on NetSuite clean-ups?

Trying to clean up File Cabinet. Is it safe to assume that files in Letter Templates > Mail Merge folder are related to us sending customer's documents and are safe to remove after a certain time? Any suggestions on NetSuite clean-ups? Thank you.
