How to Edit Manufacturing Operation Task?

How do I edit a manufacturing operation task?

When I create a completion record, there are no inputs for me to put the exact start date/time or end/date time. When the completion record is saved and I look at the operations tab, it's defaulted the start time for each of the operations to 12:00 AM.

What do I need to do to allow us to record the actual start and end times?
