Why Tax Collected and the Tax due columns on the sales tax liability tax agency report not matching?
We zeroed out the sales tax liability on the pay sales tax page by going to "Pay Sales Tax", marking the "To be Printed", and recording a JE. This allowed us to zero out the sales tax liability on the pay sales tax page as well as clean up the balances on our balance sheet. The issue I'm not having is that I thought that would then balance the "tax collected" and the "tax due" columns on the sales tax liability by tax agency report.
I read SuiteAnswers 37394, but what I'm wondering is HOW to fix the difference? Can a JE or an adjustment be made?
