SuiteAnalytics Connect: How to resolve ODBC error when connecting to NetSuite Release Preview?
We have SuiteAnalytics set up in all our NetSuite instances.
ODBC connections to NS-Prod, NS-SB1 and NS-SB2 are all working and successful. When attempting to connect to NS-RP is unsuccessful.
Validated that the ODBC connection for NS-RP successfully connects
When attempting to Get Data from ODBC through Excel receive the following on and off error messages:
From researching, I found that the ODBC version successfully running NS-Prod/NS-SB1/NS-SB2 is 8.10.143.0
Which is the same version in NS-RP SuiteAnalytics Connect Driver Downloads page
I have validated username/password, Host/Port/Datasource/account id/role_ID, (which gets changed to 1033 in the DNS).
