How to email multiple quotations to customers (ii)?
This is a follow up to a posting with the same subject on 2 Feb 2023; I tried attaching to that posting, but I don’t know if that one has been ‘closed’ or not.
We’ve done a bit more experimenting.
I have two (sales) Quote records, which I wish to send to our customer.
On each Quote, I follow the instructions in ‘Printing an Estimate’ and that will create 2 pdf on my local computer.
(If I used ‘To print multiple estimates’, that would give both quotes on one pdf.)
I now need to attach each pdf to each Quote record, separately, via each’s > Communication > Files > New File and upload the pdf into a folder in the Filing Cabinet.
