How Can I Set Up Efficiently Bank File Import?

Hi Gurus!

I hope all is well :)

I have a question as to automatic bank import setup please.

What is the most efficient way to do so?

Do I need to setup a full-blown SFTP connection for it, or is there a bundle I could install and then connect to the bank portal easily and quickly?
