Printed Template (Picking Ticket) is different from Template Preview / SO using wrong Template
@Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle (Had another thread going with you which I'm trying to implement your solution to but I've run into this problem. Made a new thread for search convenience.)
I'm customizing a Picking Ticket advanced pdf/html template at the moment, but when I look at the preview in the template builder vs the actual picking ticket from a sales order, the two are very different and I think all my forms are pulling the wrong printing ticket.
On the Advanced PDF/HTML Templates page I have marked the correct template as the preferred. I think the template being used in the actual is from somewhere other than advanced pdf/html templates. I'm not sure how to tell the sales orders for example where to pull the correct template from.
