How to set up a Workflow that updates the Opportunity Status based on the Estimate Status?

We've created additional stages on the opportunity and estimate "status" field. I'm working on a workflow that when the estimate status is updated, to update the opportunity stage. How do I reference the linked opportunity to pull the "status" field from the estimate in order to update the opportunity?
