How to print the Rate and Amount Line Item Fields from Sales Order in Packing Slips?

Hi there,

I am having trouble trying to source the Sales Order line item amount and rate onto the packing slip advanced pdf. This is what my coding currently looks like:

Can I please get some assistance on what fields need to be used, as none of these highlighted fields are populating.
