How to recreate Quota vs Forecast report in a Saved Search?

Hello there, hope you're well, i've been given temporary administrative permissions to enter quotas for our Sales Rep, but looks at first glance that running a Saved Search on quota vs actual sales is either tricky or even impossibel. Would much rather use a Saved Search for this rather than a report, can anyone advise if it's possible to pull this info together, either via a Transaction or other search, would appreciate any help, thanks
