Why is a Non-Preferred Inactive Custom Form being used by default for new Quotes?
I have a number of Transaction Forms for Quotes, but only 1 is active and set as Preferred, all the others are set to Inactive.
When I am logged in as Administrator and select a Quote in the Create New menu on a Customer record, it opens and saves the quote in one of the inactive forms.
Since all but one forms are set to Inactive, the Custom Form dropdown doesn't show up on the form. This seems to be the standard behavior and makes sense when the correct active form is opened. But in this case it makes it even harder to notice that I'm in the wrong form and to select the correct form.
