How to resolve "Error: Site Ineligible for Intelligent Item Recommendations in NetSuite's SMT"?
Hello community members,
I hope you're all doing well. I'm currently encountering an issue while using the recommended items content type in NetSuite's SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) Site Management Tool (SMT). Whenever I attempt to enable intelligent item recommendations, I receive the following error message: "The site in the settings is not eligible for intelligent item recommendations. Choose an eligible site to view recommendations."
I have thoroughly reviewed the documentation and configuration settings, but I haven't been able to find a solution to this problem. I have ensured that my site meets the necessary requirements for intelligent item recommendations, such as having at least 50 inventory items.
