Why is Payment Method no longer displaying on Cash Sale?

I'm not sure when it happened, but the "Payment Method" field is no longer displaying on our cash sales under the billing section. I confirmed the field is turned on within this sale template. Any ideas what may cause this or how to get it to display again?
