How to disable tally scanning in Smart Count?
Hi,
I was wondering if it was possible to disable the tally scanning feature within Smart Count. We had an issue recently where someone typed in the quantity but didn't erase the '1' from the first item scan. This resulted in a count that was one tens place off. Obviously we caught this large discrepancy and sent it back for recount. I was just wondering if we could turn tally scanning off completely since we don't need it. I didn't see any preference or any item setting related to this but I was wondering if this could
