How to Create a Workflow That Will Run Records Created by -System-

I am trying to setup a workflow that takes a header date 'Required By' and populates the 'Expected Ship Date' on the line level of Sales Orders.

I have it working for when users create a SO. However it is not working when a SO is created by the System (this is how our customers create orders via our app).

Is there a way to add to the criteria of the workflow that it should also run (or if I need to create a separate workflow for this purpose I will) when the order is created by the system?

This is the existing workflow.
