How to make Primary Contact Mandatory on Lead/Prospect/Customer record?

I am wondering how I can set the following

A Lead, Prospect or Customer record can be created without a contact (it is not mandatory).

When a contact is added a role must be required.

*We usually create contacts from the Lead, Prospect, Customer record.
