How to set up Dunning letters to be emailed correctly?
Hello everyone,
I want to send notification letters that the recipient will be the email defined in the customer card and that our AR email will receive the letter in CC.
These are the settings I defined in the customer card in the Dunning subtab.
In practice, what is created for me in the Dunning Evaluation Result is that the email defined in the customer card is entered in the field of the DUNNING RECIPIENT CC while the email of our AR is defined in the DUNNING RECIPIENT.
what could be the problem?
