What is the placeholder for postal code?

Hello everyone,

we have integrated our website with Netsuite and I need my customer leads to get updated in netsuite and also an email has to be sent to the sales rep.

However, all the information from the website are getting saved in netsuite, when it comes email I can only see few informations.

Especially when a customer enter the first name and last name are not reflecting when the customer enter the company name. If the customer is individual then the data is reflecting correctly in the email.

also I am unable to see the postal code in the automated email
