How to set up new SSO for users to access NetSuite via SAML?

edited Jul 3, 2023 1:44PM in Ask A Guru 3 comments

Attempting to set up new SSO for users to access NetSuite via SAML. While I have followed the instructions, what I seem to be running into is that there is no correlation between the username in Azure and the email in NetSuite.

Our Azure AD is a hybrid installation over top of an old on-prem AD. This results in users having a different domain for their Microsoft account, than what their standard email is. The net result is that we need to be able to specify that jack.c@abc.com (in AD) is the same as jackc@def.com (NetSuite logon).

Howdy, Stranger!
