Electronic Bank Payment Email Payment Notification > Production and Sandbox Difference

I am currently investigating the distinction between the sandbox and prod environments in relation to EFT email attachments. Our purpose is to utilize EFT for both bill payments and bill credits. However, in the sandbox environment, when we employ the "Email Payment Notification" feature, the email attachment includes a list of both bills and bill credits. In contrast, the prod environment only includes bills in the email attachment, with bill credits missing. Can anyone provide any insights into what might be causing this issue?
