URGENT: Critical Evertec payment device connection issue!

Hi there,

Need urgent assistance: Unable to connect to Evertec payment device via NetSuite due to 'unknown host' error. Successful connections via Postman and browser, but facing difficulties with NetSuite. Error details provided below. Immediate assistance required to resolve this problem. Kindly help in resolving this issue.
