Customise a Customer Center Invoice form

I know it is possible to customise a customer center sales order form, that works really well. I can't seem to customise the invoice form that displays. I tried customising the Sales Order - (invoiced) external form. But this only changes the sales order and on the invoice, the form for the invoice still shows different values. I tried adding the role to the standard invoice form but customer center roles are not available.
