How to bill remaining Invoices from Sales Orders with Billing Schedules?
When using Billing Schedules, Is it possible Invoices all future Invoices at once?
Example:
- We have a Sales Order associated with a 3 Yr Schedule (see screenshot below).
- Billing Dates are 7/17/2023, 7/17/2024, 7/17/2025
- We'd like to generate all 3 Invoices in advance.
- We can accomplish this manually from the Sales Order screen using the Next Bill option.
- When using Transactions -> Sales -> Invoice Sales Orders, even if we change "Next Bill On Or Before" to 7/17/2025 only the "Next" Invoice to be billed displays in the list ... not all of them.
Is there a way we can either a) display all "Next" bills at once from the Invoice Sales Order option or b) create a workflow / mass update to generate the Invoices at once?
